We collaborate with experienced professionals who want to contribute trainings, educational resources, supervision materials, or professional services to the mental health community. Approved contributors receive six months of complimentary membership.

Applications are reviewed individually. Free to apply, and no account is needed to apply.

We are looking for experienced professionals who want to share their expertise, expand their reach, and explore new opportunities for professional growth and revenue. You do not need to be a licensed clinical supervisor to contribute.

Six months of complimentary membership

Approved contributors receive six months of complimentary access to the membership plan for their chosen account type. Your complimentary period begins when you activate it.

One complimentary promotional post each month

Promote your training, product, service, or professional offering once per calendar month for six months in The Network, our What's New community section.

Featured Supervisor placement for supervisors

Contributors on an approved clinical supervisor account also receive complimentary Featured Supervisor placement in the directory, for the length of their six complimentary months.

Publish professional articles and educational resources for clinicians, supervisors, and trainees across the network.

Offer trainings

Apply to provide live webinars or self-guided courses through the TCN Training Hub, with your own provider dashboard and revenue reporting.

Expand your visibility

How it works

From application to activation in four steps.

Step 1

Apply

Complete the contributor application. No TCN account is needed to apply, and there is no cost to apply.

Step 2

Review

We personally review every application, looking at credentials, professional experience, and the offerings you would bring to the network. Approval is required.

Step 3

Activate with your account type

If approved, you receive a secure activation link. Create a TCN account, or sign in to the one you already have, and choose the account type that fits you. Your contributor designation is added to that account.

Step 4

Six months, then your choice

Your complimentary membership runs for six months from the day you activate it. We remind you before it ends, and you decide whether to continue on the standard plan for your role.

Contribute within your first 30 days

Contributor status is for professionals who actively contribute. We expect your first contribution — a training, course, article, professional resource, promotional post, or professional service — within 30 days of activating your benefit.

If nothing has been contributed within those 30 days, we reserve the right to rescind the contributor status and the complimentary membership that comes with it.

Program details

We want you to know exactly what is included before you apply, so here is the detail behind the complimentary period.

  • Complimentary membership applies to the eligible membership plan for the account type you select, and begins on the day you activate the benefit.
  • You must already qualify for the account type you select. Choosing Clinical Supervisor still requires the usual supervisor verification and approval, and being a contributor does not grant clinical supervisor privileges.
  • Standard account-specific membership fees apply after the complimentary period ends. No charge is ever made to your account automatically.
  • One complimentary promotional post per calendar month, up to six posts. Unused posts do not roll over, and posts must be submitted for approval before they appear.
  • Complimentary posts do not include banner advertising or paid advertising placement. Those remain available at their standard pricing.
  • Complimentary Featured Supervisor placement applies to contributors on an approved clinical supervisor account. It runs for the length of your complimentary membership and ends with it, and it is additional to your monthly promotional post.
  • Training transaction fees, supervision payment fees, and paid advertising charges are not waived by contributor status.
  • Contributor program guidelines must be accepted before activation, and again if the guidelines are updated.
  • We expect a first contribution within 30 days of activating your benefit. If nothing is contributed in that period, we reserve the right to rescind the contributor status and its complimentary membership.
  • We may decline an application, or end a contributor's complimentary period, where an application cannot be verified or the program guidelines are not followed.

By applying you agree to the Contributor Program Guidelines, which you will review and accept again before your benefit is activated.
